Red Driving School T&Cs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition. <\/strong>Entrants must be aged 17 or over. Prize draw open to UK residents only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enter, entrants comment the phrase they believe the cars to be spelling out on the road image. Entrants must also make sure they are following RED Driving School, Michelin UK and Kwikfit Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages \u2013 on whichever channel they have entered the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. There are three prizes to be won across RED\u2019s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.<\/strong><\/strong> The winners will receive a voucher to book a skid-pan course at RED\u2019s own specialist training facility at Donington Park race circuit once lockdown restrictions have lifted. The vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of the same or higher value if necessary to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be three winners chosen at random from all valid entries received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The judge\u2019s decision is final \u2013 no correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The closing date is 11.59pm Thursday 28th January 2021.\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>Entries received after this date will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winner will be contacted on their social media channel, through direct message, by Thursday 4th February 2021. To receive the prize the winner will need to reply to this message within seven days, providing their contact details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees and consents to the processing of their personal data by RED Driving School (or third party acting on RED Driving School\u2019s behalf) for the purposes of the administration and operation of the promotion.<\/strong><\/strong> No cash alternative will be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RED Driving School reserves the right to feature names and locations of winners in future posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those involved in the promotion and execution of the competition, employees of the company and their relatives are not eligible for entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Only one entry per person allowed.<\/strong> Third party or multiple entries will not be allowed and will be discarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RED Driving School reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries made by the same person or any entries it suspects have been made fraudulently or through the use of bots or other computer software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost or deleted in transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. RED Driving School\u2019s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.<\/strong> No correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.
