Therefore, we have created a list of top tips for how to revise for your driving theory test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Only use DSA publications to revise so that you do not become confused with different wordings and phrases<\/li><li>Use your practical lessons to practice Theory and Hazard perception on the move<\/li><li>If you come across any questions or answers you don\u2019t understand, take them to your instructor on your lesson and ask them to explain it \u2013 understanding why helps you remember more easily<\/li><li>A Hazard Perception technique enjoyed by pupils, used in practical driving lessons, was to gently tap the steering wheel when you would click on the Hazard perception video.&nbsp; This way your instructor can help you with learning what to look for and when to react.<\/li><li>Make a timetable of when you are going to practise and stick to it \u2013 you could record you progress too<\/li><li>Buddy up with a friend to ask each other questions, it\u2019s fun and you both learn together<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"449\" src=\"https:\/\/live-red-driving-school.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Computer-desk.jpg\" alt=\"Computer desk\" class=\"wp-image-373\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.reddrivingschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Computer-desk.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.reddrivingschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Computer-desk-300x269.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.reddrivingschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Computer-desk-167x150.jpg 167w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Photo by Valley Library (Oregon State University)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Get the setting right, practice in a place with no distractions \u2013 either quiet or if you prefer to listen to music play something that won\u2019t distract you<\/li><li>Having your mobile phone off and closing other computer programs will reduce the number of distractions and will help simulate the test conditions for the day<\/li><li>Revise early in the day and take regular breaks so that you don\u2019t feel too tired to take in more information. You\u2019ll also be less likely to make mistakes.<\/li><li>Do lots of mock tests!
